Our Kickboxing program is a "Freestyle Kickboxing" style that is most suitable for Mixed Martial Arts & Self-Defense. We teach everything that proves to be most effective in Mixed Martial Arts & Self-Defense in our Kickboxing system. Unlike other Kickboxing systems we also offer a form of progress with our ankle band rank system. You can expect to get an incredible workout, learn effective kickboxing & have a great time in every class!

We offer 3 types of Kickboxing programs:

“Strike Fit” Kickboxing

Utilizes basic kickboxing techniques to give you an incredible workout! Great for Beginners!

Beginner Level Freestyle Kickboxing

Still gets you in great shape but emphasises the combatives of kickboxing. Great for anyone!

Advanced Freestyle Kickboxing

This class emphasises on advanced concepts, drills & sparring.
