These seminars are both informative and instructional so there will be physical activity!

The physical or technical portion of the seminar is the first half and the informative portion is the 2nd half. If for some reason you are not comfortable participating in the technical portion, it’s ok. You can just observe and take in what you can. However, we highly encourage you to try!
