Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ Basics & Combatives (Ages 14-up) | 60 min:

This is a Adult beginner level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu self-defense program that teaches you how to use jiu-jitsu in order to defend yourself in the most common situations. Above and beyond that , you are learning all the techniques required for Blue Belt in this class as well developing a strong “BJJ for MMA” foundation if you are interested in pursuing MMA.

MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY FROM 11:30AM-12:30PM & 5:45-6:45PM

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 7-8pm

BJJ Advanced (Ages 14-up) | 60 min:

BJJ Advanced is for white belt with a double blue stripe students and up. This program digs deeper into the basics as well as exposes you to endless amounts of BJJ techniques, strategies and drills! 

MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 5:45-6:45P

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 7-8pm


No-Gi Freestyle Grappling MIXED LEVELS (Ages 14-up) | 60 min: 

This freestyle grappling class does not require a Gi (uniform). Short, Spats & Rash guards work best. You can expect to learn BJJ techniques & Beyond! With an emphasis on techniques that work best without the Gi, you can expect to really enhance your overall grappling game! This class is not specifically tailored toward beginners. If you have previous wrestling experience, you may enjoy this class!

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 5:45-7PM

SATURDAY (No-Gi DRILLS CLASS) 10:15AM-11:15AM

Roll Sessions/Open Mat

A roll session is time set aside for “Live Grappling” so that you can test and purify your technique in a realistic manner. This is where you take what you are learning and begin training it for proper application.  Kickboxers may also use this time for hitting the bags, shadow boxing or sparring.

Adult Krav Maga

Krav Maga or “Contact Combat” is an Israeli Military Self-Defense art that utilizes simple yet effective techniques from Karate, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing and Aikido to quickly and aggressively overcome an opponent.

(AGES 18-UP) MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY FROM 6:45-7:45PM


Adult Kickboxing

This class teaches you how to punch, kick, elbow & knee effectively as well as defenses, clinch work, takedowns and very basic level getting back to your feet if taken down.  Learn all you need to know about striking in this Freestyle Kickboxing class!

Beginner Kickboxing Tuesday & Thursday 8-9pm

Advanced Kickboxing Monday & Wednesday 7:30-9:pm


Adult “ClinchFit” Kickboxing Fitness

With an emphasis on fitness,  this class will be a mix of basic stretching, simple kickboxing techniques and a wide range of fitness exercises that will get you the full body workout you need to stay fit and healthy! Expect glove on glove and heavy bag training. There is no sparring.

JitsFlow Fitness

This fitness class blends the body mechanics of jiu-jitsu with primal animal movements, calisthenics and yoga to ensure a gentle but incredibly good workout that take your mobility, strength, endurance and flexibility to the next level!

Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Our youth BJJ program teaches your children all they need to know to defend themselves or overcome bullies along with character development and leadership skills! BJJ is a grappling art that focuses on Clinching, Takedowns, and submission holds in order to overcome and subdue an opponent.

Youth BJJ Week Review & Drills

This class gives your children the opportunity to review & improve the techniques they practiced over the week through more repetition and drills. Having the opportunity to do this in between the week classes will pay high dividends in technique retention and allow for your children to progress at a faster rate.

SATURDAYS FROM 10:15-11AM

Youth BJJ Competition Training

This BJJ class is where the real skill begins to develop. This class offers the opportunity for your child to put their skills to the test and develop them through live drills and sparring. This class is also a must for any children who plan to compete.

Youth Kickboxing

Our youth kickboxing program teaches your children to punch, kick, elbow and knee along with basic clinch work and takedowns. Students will also practice character development and leadership skills.
