Do I need to be in shape?
Nope. ClinchFlow is beginner-friendly and scalable for all fitness levels.
Is this class intense?
It’s low impact, but it will challenge you in a smart way. Most people describe it as “feel good” movement that works.
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes and water. We’ll handle the rest. (We do have a water fountain.)
What if I’m stiff or have old injuries?
This is one of the best reasons to do ClinchFlow. You’ll move at your pace, and we’ll give modifications as needed.
