Over the last few months We have been in the process of digitizing all of our paperwork. To complete this process we are going to need your help! This is going to be a 2 step process…

Step #1 (updating your release waiver to digital)

The first step is easy. You can simply update your release waiver by clicking below. It is important that as you update your waiver you click on option 3 which says…

“Have an Account? (Retrieve account or add a minor to existing account.)”

This will help ensure that you are not creating duplicate accounts.

You will need to type in your First and Last name as well as the email you currently have on account in order to access your account!

Once you access your account you can follow the prompts to fill in the rest of the appropriate information.

If you do have children who are members you will need to add them in as well.

We appreciate you taking the time to do this. It should take less than five minutes! If you have any questions or issues you can ask for help at the front desk.


Step #2 (Updating your contract to digital)

We are going to have to meet with all of you to complete this step. This will Be done throughout the months of October & November. As we update your contract to digital we will also be reviewing your account to make sure everything is up-to-date. As we do periodically, We recently updated our membership set up and options. When updating your account we will also review our new membership options with you. If you are currently under a “contract enrollment” rather than “month to month”, your contract will of course be honored “as is” unless of course you want to switch to one of our new membership options. For Some of you, There may be a slight increase in some of our “Month to Month” Options depending on your membership and current membership rate. Over the years we have never increased rates on current members (even non-contracted members) but since we have expanded by 4000 square feet, renovated, and hired more & More staff we find it necessary to update certain NON-CONTRACT memberships that have never been updated as prices have increased. Even still we promise to work with everyone individually and serve you respectfully. Some of you may actually have a slight decrease in your membership as some membership costs have also been lowered!

We will be in touch with you in order to set up meetings where these items can be discussed in greater detail and get everything up-to-date in our system. Until then please go ahead and click below to get your release waiver updated as noted in step 1.
