NO FIGHTING… ALL FITNESS!
5 Five minute rounds of a mixed fitness blender with a 60 second rest between rounds! Whether you are looking to start getting in shape or to push yourself harder, TFF suits all! This self paced workout allows for you to ease into fitness or push the pace to ensure the best results! If you are an early bird looking to have fun getting in shape, this class is for you!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6am-6:45am
This fitness kickboxing class builds you a basic foundation in kickboxing while focusing on fitness! You can expect to hit the bags and pads but there is no sparring. You will get a great combination of basic fitness exercises mixed with the incredible workout you get with the strikes. If you are looking to punch & kick your way into fitness, this class is for you!
